
Endeavour Lotteries “Design Your Dream Draw" (the Competition) is conducted by Endeavour Foundation Limited ABN 80 009 670 704 of PO Box 3555 (Endeavour Foundation), Tingalpa DC, Queensland 4173 in aid of Endeavour Foundation’s charitable causes to promote the community services provided by Endeavour Foundation. Entry to the Competition is free.
Entry is open to eligible Endeavour Lotteries Members during the Competition Period for the corresponding Prize. Eligible Endeavour Lotteries Members will have the opportunity to win a prize by participating in this Competition.
You are an eligible Endeavour Lotteries Member where you are an Active Member of the Endeavour Lotteries Prize Home draws as outlined in the full terms and conditions of the Endeavour Lotteries Membership. By participating in this competition, you unconditionally accept these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by same and promise you are not prohibited from accepting any Prize. Prizes are only transferrable to the winners in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Entry is limited to 1 entry per person. To enter this competition eligible Endeavour Lotteries Members must complete and submit the Typeform sent to them via email on or between 12:01 am AEST Wednesday 7 January 2026 and 11:59 pm AEST Friday 30 January 2026. There will be 3 winners selected of $1,000 for a total prize pool of $3,000. You must answer all questions to be eligible to win this Competition.
This Competition is a game of skill, and chance plays no part in determining the winner. All entries will be judged individually against the criteria of being the most creative entry relevant to Endeavour Lotteries Membership provided through the Typeform. Entries will be judged by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter Endeavour Foundation.
The winners of this competition will be determined by the judging panel by Friday 13 February 2026. The winners will be notified via email, phone or registered post. The winners will have 2 weeks to claim their prize, after which a new winner will be determined by the judging panel.
1. Endeavour Foundation reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Endeavour Foundation’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Competition is final and binding on each person who enters. You will not be notified of any disqualification.
2. The prize winners will be notified by email, phone or registered post and their initials and geographical location will be published on the website www.endeavourlotteries.com.au.
3. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the Winners must provide valid identification to the satisfaction of Endeavour Foundation and may be required to sign a release in a form satisfactory to Endeavour Foundation.
4. Funds will be paid in Australian dollars electronically to a transaction account or savings account with a financial institution located within Australia (or in such other manner as Endeavour Foundation may nominate) held in the name of the winner. No offshore funds transfers will be undertaken. The winner will provide all necessary information and reasonable assistance to Endeavour Foundation as may be requested to enable transfer of the Prize. The winner is responsible to ensure account details provided are correct. Where the winner does not hold such an account the winner will promptly open such an account to enable payment to be made. Where payment cannot be made within a reasonable time Endeavour Foundation may in its discretion treat the Prize as being unclaimed.
5. Endeavour Foundation reserves the right to consider and use any and all answers submitted, and may use part, all or none of the ideas shared to shape future members draws.
6. Endeavour Foundation is not responsible for any entries not received by it during the Competition Period regardless of the reason. Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt and entry into the relevant database. No responsibility will be taken for lost entries, late or misdirected entries. Endeavour Foundation is not responsible for technical difficulties with the entry mechanism and does not warrant that the entry mechanism will be available at all times.
7. Endeavour Foundation may in its discretion amend any aspect of these Terms and Conditions subject to the relevant laws and the approval of the relevant authorities.
8. Any product or brand names, logos, images and other trademarks featured or referred to within the Lottery website are the property of their respective trademark owners. Endeavour Foundation does not represent an affiliation with any trademark owner referenced on this website. The trademark owners do not sponsor, approve, or endorse Endeavour Foundation.
9. While Endeavour Foundation takes care to ensure all information on its website is correct, it does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information provided and will not be liable for any inaccuracy, omission, variation, or error. Users should make their own enquiries and satisfy themselves as to the accuracy of the information and how it may apply to them.
10. To the extent permitted by law including under the Australian Consumer Law as prescribed in within schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), Endeavour Foundation shall not be liable for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature howsoever occasioned to any person by, through or in connection with this Competition (including but not limited to direct indirect or consequential loss or damage or personal injury). Endeavour Foundation is not liable to a winner for the financial consequences (including but not limited to any taxation liability or levy that may accrue to the winner, impact upon eligibility for or receipt of any pension, benefit allowance, superannuation, or similar entitlement) to the winner arising from winning a prize.
11. Competition themes and prizes do not necessarily reflect the views of Endeavour Foundation or its staff members.
12. If for any reason any aspect of this Competition is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
