Pay Day Membership Program Terms & Conditions

  1. Information on how to become a Pay Day forms part of the conditions.
  2. Acceptance: By becoming a Pay Day Member, it is deemed that these terms and conditions have been accepted, and that the terms and conditions of automatically entered draws and promotions have also been accepted. These terms and conditions are made available on the Endeavour Lotteries website.
  3. Eligibility: Pay Day Membership is open to all Australian residents and overseas residents 18 years or over other than those who are precluded from buying tickets under each draw’s terms and conditions.
  4. Commencement of membership: Pay Day Membership commences alongside the start of the membership, while access to promotions is subject to the promotion’s relevant conditions.
  5. Entry into draws: All Pay Day Members automatically purchase tickets into the next-closing Pay Day Lottery, once per month.
  6. Ongoing payment via card: Pay Day Memberships paid for with card are charged on 15th of each month whilst the membership remains active. Charge dates may change without notice. Pay Days who pay by credit or card are charged on approximately the 15th of every months during an active membership.
  7. Ongoing payment via direct debit: Where Endeavour Foundation agrees to enter into a direct debit arrangement for payment of a Pay Day Membership, the member will be required to provide a signed Direct Debit Authority. Endeavour Foundation will then withdraw the funds from the designated account on or before the 15th of each month. In the event that payment via direct debit fails, other payment methods on the account may be automatically used.
  8. Bulk payment via other methods: Pay Day Memberships paid for by methods other than card must pay upfront in bulk for the specified number of desired automatic entries. Upon exhaustion of the bulk funds, payment will revert to the default payment method on the Pay Day Member’s account.
  9. Unsuccessful payment: In the event a payment fails, Endeavour Foundation reserves the right to re-attempt payment. Endeavour Foundation will attempt to advise the supporter of an unsuccessful payment via email and/or SMS, and thereafter will complete approximately 3 attempts at payment within a given month. After 4 consecutive months of unsuccessful payments, Endeavour Foundation will pause the membership.
  10. Updating details: Pay Day Members are responsible for keeping account details - including payment details - up to date. Expiration of a cart will not automatically cancel the membership. Pay Day Members must contact Endeavour Foundation to cancel your membership.
  11. Cancelling membership: Pay Day Members can cancel their account at any time. Contact Customer Support at 1800 63 40 40. It may not be possible to stop an upcoming charge if not enough notice is received. Any tickets already issued cannot be refunded. Refunds will only be issued in instances where Endeavour Foundation has made an error in payment processing.
  12. Non-compliance: Endeavour Foundation reserves the right to cancel a Pay Day Memberships in the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions or payment requirements. Endeavour Foundation's decision in relation to any aspect is final and binding on each person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.
  13. Update of these terms: Endeavour Foundation may from time to time review and update these Terms. Your use of the Program will be governed by the most recent Terms posted at endeavourlotteries.com.au. By continuing to use the Program, you agree to be bound by the most recent Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly for updated versions of the Terms. Any notice of any material change to the Terms will at Endeavour Foundation's option be either published on the Lotteries website or sent to the email address if one is registered with the Program.

Daily Top Up Promotion Terms and Conditions

This promotion runs from 10:00am AEST on Monday, 20 April 2026 to 11:59pm AEST on Wednesday, 29 April 2026. All entrants who sign up to become a Pay Day Member during the Promotional Period, or who purchase additional tickets in a Pay Day lottery as an existing Pay Day Member during the Promotional Period, will receive entries into the applicable daily bonus draw. Each eligible and successfully paid ticket purchased during the Promotional Period constitutes one (1) entry into the daily bonus draw for the calendar day on which the ticket was purchased. Tickets won or issued from promotions are not eligible for entry. Entries for each daily draw close at 11:59pm AEST on the relevant day. Entries do not carry over to subsequent draws. Entrants must remain a Pay Day Member at the time of the relevant draw to be eligible. There will be one (1) draw conducted for each calendar day during the Promotional Period (20 April 2026 to 29 April 2026 inclusive), for a total of ten (10) draws and ten (10) winners. Each draw will determine one (1) winner. Each winner will receive one (1) $100 Prezzee Smart eGift Card (which can be redeemed with participating retailers). Draws will be conducted at 11:00am AEST on the day following the relevant entry period. Where a draw date falls on a weekend or public holiday, that draw will be conducted on the next business day. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. The total prize pool is ten (10) prizes valued at $100 each, for a total prize pool of $1,000.

Oz Trail Trade Promotion Terms and Conditions

This promotion runs from 10:00am AEST on Thursday, 30 April 2026 to 11:59pm AEST on Thursday, 28 May 2026. All Entrants who sign up to become a Pay Day Member during the Promotional Period, or who purchase additional tickets in a Pay Day lottery as an existing Pay Day Member during the Promotional Period, are eligible to enter the draw. Each eligible ticket purchased during the Promotional Period constitutes one (1) entry into the draw. Tickets won or issued from promotions are not eligible for entry. Entrants must remain a Pay Day Member at the time of the draw to be eligible.

There will be one (1) draw conducted for this promotion. The draw will take place at 11:00am AEST on Friday, 29 May 2026. If the draw falls on a weekend or public holiday, the draw will occur on the next business day.

The winner will receive an Off-Road Package fulfilled as a $2,000 credit to be issued for use with OZtrail. The prize will be provided in the form of store credit issued to the winner for redemption on eligible OZtrail products. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash and must be used in accordance with OZtrail’s terms and conditions. Any unused portion of the credit will not be refunded or exchanged for cash.

The total prize pool consists of one (1) prize valued at $2,000.

Baby Come Back – May Credit Offer Full Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Overview

The Baby Come Back Credit Offer (“Promotion”) is conducted by Endeavour Foundation (ABN 80 009 670 704).

The Promotion is available during the period specified in campaign communications.

2. Promotion Period & Qualification Cut-Off

The Promotion will be marketed from 1 May 2026 to 31 May 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

To be eligible for the Credit Offer, Members must:

Have a successful Membership payment processed within the month of May 2026.
Successful payments must occur within the May 2026 billing cycle. Payments processed after 11:59pm (AEST) on 31 May 2026 will not be eligible.

All timestamps and eligibility determinations will be based on Endeavour Foundation’s system records.

3. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible, a Member must:

  • Have experienced four (4) or more consecutive declined Membership payment attempts that form their current, uninterrupted streak of declined payments, with:
    • the first such decline occurring no earlier than 120 days before the Promotion Period; and
    • no more than one declined payment attempt counted per calendar day (where multiple declines occur on the same day, only the first decline recorded that day will be counted).
  • Have experienced no more than sixteen (16) consecutive declined Membership payment attempts;
  • Have an active Membership that has not been cancelled or paused; and
  • Meet the requirements outlined in Section 2, including completing a successful payment in the month of May 2026.
  • Eligibility is determined solely based on Endeavour Foundation’s system records.

4. Credit Offer

Eligible Members will receive a digital wallet credit based on their Membership value at the time of the successful payment processed within the month of May 2026, as follows:

  • Credit amounts are tiered in accordance with Membership value bands;
  • The applicable credit tier is determined at the time the successful payment is processed, regardless of any prior Membership value;
  • If a Member updates or changes their Membership value prior to the successful charge, the Membership value at the time of the successful payment will determine the credit amount.
  • Credit issuance timing is governed by Section 6.

Credit amounts vary depending on Membership value. For example:

A $10 Membership may receive a $10 credit
A $30 Membership may receive a $15 credit
A $100 Membership may receive a $30 credit 

Credit amounts are as communicated to the Member and determined by Membership value at time of successful payment.

Each eligible Membership will receive one (1) credit only.

5. Qualification & Processing

Members must meet all eligibility criteria and have a successful Membership payment processed within May 2026 to qualify for the Credit Offer.

Where a payment attempt on 15 May 2026 or a scheduled retry date (19, 23 or 27 May 2026) is unsuccessful, a Member may still qualify if:

They update their payment details during May 2026; and
A subsequent payment is successfully processed under their Membership within May, including payments triggered by a Member-initiated update. 
Updating payment details alone does not guarantee eligibility. Eligibility is only confirmed upon a successful payment transaction.

Each Membership is eligible for one (1) credit only, regardless of the number or timing of payment attempts.

Eligibility and payment outcomes are determined solely based on Endeavour Foundation’s system records

Payments processed after 31 May 2026 will not be eligible for the Credit Offer.

6. Credit Conditions

The Credit Offer:

  • Will be applied to the Member’s digital wallet on the first Monday following the successful qualifying payment, excluding public holidays.
  • Where the Monday falls on a public holiday, the credit will be applied on the next business day.
  • Is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash;
  • May be used towards purchasing a lottery ticket of the Member’s choosing or remain in the
    Members digital wallet for their next monthly payment.
  • If the credit is not used before the Member’s next scheduled Membership payment on 15 June 2026, it will be automatically applied to that Membership payment.

Endeavour Foundation reserves the right to apply credits within a reasonable timeframe where operational or system constraints apply.

7. General

This Promotion is subject to Endeavour Foundation Lotteries General Terms and Conditions available at endeavourlotteries.com.au. 
Endeavour Foundation reserves the right to amend, withdraw, extend or cap the Promotion at any time, subject to applicable laws. 
Endeavour Foundation reserves the right to disqualify any Member who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or who is found to be manipulating the Promotion. 
In the event of any dispute, Endeavour Foundation’s decision is final and binding.
