Star Supporter Program Terms & Conditions
In this section, you'll find terms and conditions for Star Supporter memberships.

- Acceptance: By becoming a Star Supporter, it is deemed that these terms and conditions have been accepted, and that the terms and conditions of automatically entered draws and promotions have also been accepted. These terms and conditions are made available on the Endeavour Lotteries website.
- Eligibility: Star Supporter Membership is open to all Australian residents and overseas residents 18 years or over other than those who are precluded from buying tickets under each draw’s terms and conditions.
- Commencement of membership: Star Supporter Membership commences alongside the start of the membership, while access to promotions is subject to the promotion’s relevant conditions.
- Entry into draws: All Star Supporter Members automatically purchase tickets into the next-closing Prize Home Lottery, once per month.
- Ongoing payment via card: Star Supporter Memberships paid for with card are charged on 15th of each month whilst the membership remains active. Charge dates may change without notice. Star Supporters who pay by credit or card are charged on approximately the 15th of every months during an active membership.
- Ongoing payment via direct debit: Where Endeavour Foundation agrees to enter into a direct debit arrangement for payment of a Star Supporter Membership, the member will be required to provide a signed Direct Debit Authority. Endeavour Foundation will then withdraw the funds from the designated account on or before the 15th of each month. In the event that payment via direct debit fails, other payment methods on the account may be automatically used.
- Bulk payment via other methods: Star Supporter Memberships paid for by methods other than card must pay upfront in bulk for the specified number of desired automatic entries. Upon exhaustion of the bulk funds, payment will revert to the default payment method on the Star Supporter Member’s account.
- Unsuccessful payment: In the event a payment fails, Endeavour Foundation reserves the right to re-attempt payment. Endeavour Foundation will attempt to advise the supporter of an unsuccessful payment via email and/or SMS, and thereafter will complete approximately 3 attempts at payment within a given month. After 4 consecutive months of unsuccessful payments, Endeavour Foundation will pause the membership.
- Updating details: Star Supporter Members are responsible for keeping account details - including payment details - up to date. Expiration of a cart will not automatically cancel the membership. Star Supporter Members must contact Endeavour Foundation to cancel your membership.
- Cancelling membership: Star Supporter Members can cancel their account at any time. Contact Customer Support at 1800 63 40 40. It may not be possible to stop an upcoming charge if not enough notice is received. Any tickets already issued cannot be refunded. Refunds will only be issued in instances where Endeavour Foundation has made an error in payment processing.
- Non-compliance: Endeavour Foundation reserves the right to cancel a Star Supporter Memberships in the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions or payment requirements. Endeavour Foundation's decision in relation to any aspect is final and binding on each person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.
- Update of these terms: Endeavour Foundation may from time to time review and update these Terms. Your use of the Program will be governed by the most recent Terms posted at endeavourlotteries.com.au. By continuing to use the Program, you agree to be bound by the most recent Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly for updated versions of the Terms. Any notice of any material change to the Terms will at Endeavour Foundation's option be either published on the Lotteries website or sent to the email address if one is registered with the Program.

Star Supporter Promotional Draw (the Promotional Draw) is conducted by Endeavour Foundation ABN 80 009 670 704 of PO Box 3555, Tingalpa DC, Queensland 4173 in aid of Endeavour Foundation’s charitable causes to promote the community services provided by Endeavour Foundation. Further information concerning the draw can be obtained from Endeavour Foundation on 1800 63 40 40. The Promotional Draw is authorised under ACT Permits TP 24 00331, TP 24 00332, TP 24 00333, TP 24 00334 and TP 24 00335.2 and NSW TP Permit 01057.
Entry to the Promotional Draw is free.
Entry is open to Eligible Star Supporters during the Promotional Draw Period for each corresponding Prize. Eligible Star Supporters will have the opportunity to win a prize by participating in the Promotional Draw.
You are an Eligible Star Supporter where you are an Active Member of the Star Supporter Program at the Prize Draw Date herein and are at least 18 years old: (except the following persons who are precluded: members of the Endeavour Foundation Board of Directors or the management committee and any member of their immediate family (defined as the person’s spouse and family members residing at the same premises as the person) ; persons directly engaged in conducting the draw of the art union and any member of their immediate family executive staff and their immediate family; Endeavour Foundation lotteries staff and their immediate family; information systems staff and their immediate family; and the internal auditor/s and their immediate family).
The Star Supporter Program is the membership program operated by Endeavour Foundation for the pre ordering and payment of entries in prize home lotteries conducted by it on certain terms.
For the purpose of the Promotional Draws, you are an Active Member of the Star Supporter Program where your membership is not paused or cancelled at the Draw Date for the promotion and you have purchased a ticket bundle in a prize home lottery through your Star Supporter membership, payment for which has been recorded as received by Endeavour Foundation (not declined or pending) prior to Draw Date for the promotion. Lottery ticket purchases outside Star Supporter membership are ineligible to qualify for entry to the Promotional Draw. Any variation to your Star Supporter ticket bundle before the 15th of the month will be applied to Promotional Draws in that month. Payments by cheque or money order are required to be received at least four (4) business days prior to close to allow time for clearance and processing.
All Eligible Star Supporters are entered into the Promotional Draws as a bonus and in appreciation of participating in the Star Supporter Program unless you advise us in writing at least 3 business days before the Draw Date for the promotion that you do not wish to participate in the Promotional Draw are otherwise ineligible. Upon receipt of such notice, your entry to win a Prize in the promotion from the month in which notice is received and thereafter, is cancelled. Electing not to participate in this promotion does not affect your Star Supporter membership or other benefits.
By participating in this promotion, you unconditionally accept these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by same and promise you are not prohibited from accepting any Prize. Prizes are only transferrable to the winner drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions herein.
Payment for Star Supporter Membership
Endeavour Foundation will attempt to take payment for Prize Home Lottery tickets as per an Active Member’s membership on the 15th of every month. Payment will be taken from the default payment method within the Star Supporter's account. The selected default payment method may be changed from time to time.
Removal of a card from the Star Supporter’s account without outright cancellation may cause payments to reinitiate at a later date upon addition of a new payment method or using a different payment method.
If the payment is unsuccessful, Endeavour Foundation will attempt to advise the supporter of an unsuccessful payment via email and/or SMS, and thereafter will complete approximately 3 attempts at payment within a given month. After 4 consecutive months of unsuccessful payments, Endeavour Foundation will pause the membership.

D. Birthday Treat
Win $100 in value ticket bundle in the Endeavour Foundation lottery of your choice open during the month of this Promotional Draw (the Birthday Treat Prize). One entry only every 12 months from the date of entry to each Eligible Star Supporter who meets the Birthday Treat Entry Conditions and the terms of the Promotional Draw in the below.
Birthday Treat Entry Conditions: Where you have not cancelled your participation in the Promotional Draw and remain an Eligible Star Supporter, you are recorded as a single entry herein during the month in which your birthday is recorded by Endeavour Foundation within your Star Supporter membership (the Promotional Draw Entry). Your date of birth (including your day and month of birth as a minimum) must be recorded by Endeavour Foundation within your Star Supporter membership and correspond to your personal identification to be eligible for entry to this Promotional Draw for this Prize. The Prize is not redeemable for cash. One winner will be drawn from eligible entries each calendar month on the Draw Date.
The Birthday Treat promotional draw is operated each calendar month as described below and provides each Eligible Star Supporter in the below Promotional Draw Period an opportunity to win the Birthday Treat Prize.
This Promotional Draw will be open each calendar month from 10:00am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on the first day of the month and will continue until 10.00am on the last day of the month of commencement (the Promotional Draw Period). There will be calendar monthly draws offering the Birthday Treat Prize each calendar month until 28 February 2024. There will be 12 Birthday Treat promotional draws in total. One winner will be drawn each calendar month.
The first Promotional Draw Period will commence on 1 March 2024 and expire on 31 March 2025. The Draw Date of each Birthday Treat Prize shall be the last business day of the month at 11.00 am.
E. Second Chance Stars

The Second Chance Star promotional draw is operated during the months of Jan - April 2024 (April Promotion), March - June 2024 (June Promotion), May - August 2024 (August Promotion), July - October 2024 (October Promotion), September - December 2024 (December Promotion) and November 2024 - February 2025 (February Promotion) as described below and provides each Eligible Star Supporter in the below Promotional Draw Period who meets the Second Chance Star Entry Conditions and the terms of the Promotional Draw an opportunity to win the Second Chance Star Prize.
Second Chance Stars Entry Conditions: Where you have not cancelled your participation in the Promotional Draw and remain an Eligible Star Supporter, during the Promotional Draw Period for the promotion, each ticket purchase as an Eligible Star Supporter in the Endeavour Foundation Prize Home Lottery during the period corresponding with the Second Chance Stars Promotional Draw Period (the Star Supporter Ticket) will record you as having been granted a single entry in this promotion identified by the number corresponding to your Star Supporter Ticket, to win the Second Chance Stars Prize during the corresponding Promotional Draw Period (the Second Chance Stars Entry). The Second Chance Stars Prize is not redeemable for cash. The winner of this promotion shall be the holder of one of the five Second Chance Stars Entries bearing the number nearest to and immediately preceding the ticket number held by the winner of the Endeavour Foundation Prize Home Lottery held during the period of the promotional draw (Winning Ticket Number) and the holder of each of the five (5) Second Chance Stars Entry numbers nearest to and immediately succeeding the Winning Prize Home Ticket Number; that is, ten (10) winners each draw on the Draw Date allocated five (5) winners holding Second Chance Stars Entry numbers preceding the Winning Ticket Number and five (5) winners holding Second Chance Stars Entry numbers succeeding the Winning Ticket Number.
If ten (10) winners cannot be so identified, then a winner in this promotion shall be each of the holders of the first ten (10) Second Chance Stars Entries each bearing the number nearest to the Winning Ticket Number.
The Draw Date of this promotional draw will take place on the day corresponding to the draw of each Endeavour Foundation Prize Home Lottery occurring between March 2024 and February 2025 as detailed in the table below.

The Anniversary Reward promotional draw provides each Eligible Star Supporter who meets the Anniversary Reward Entry Conditions at the end of the Promotional Draw Period an opportunity to win the Anniversary Prize. The number of entries will correspond to the entrant’s Star Supporters whole years of continual Active Membership at the end of the Promotional Draw Period.
Anniversary Rewards Entry Conditions: Where you have not cancelled your participation in the Promotional Draw and remain an Eligible Star Supporter, during the Promotional Draw Period for this promotion, you are recorded as being issued the number of entries corresponding to your whole years of continual membership as an Active Star Supporter at the end of the Promotional Draw Period and are entered as a single entry in the draw for the prize in each whole year of your continual membership as an Active Star Supporter to a maximum of five (5) Anniversary Rewards Entries (Each Star Supporter will have one entry per draw).
For example, eighteen months of continual membership as an Active Star Supporter will correspond to one (1) entry in the First Year Anniversary Prize; six (6) years of continual membership as an Active Star Supporter will correspond to a single entry in each of the First Year Anniversary Prize, Second Year Anniversary Prize, Third Year Anniversary Prize, Fourth Year Anniversary Prize and Fifth Year Anniversary Prize (Eligible to enter up to five (5) Anniversary Rewards Draws in total).
One winner will be drawn from eligible entries in each Anniversary Year on the Draw Date. The prize will be awarded as cash as Endeavour Foundation may direct. This Promotional Draw will be open from 10:00am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on 1 July 2024 and will continue until 10.00am on 25 July 2024.

General Entry Terms and Conditions
1. Drawing of Promotional Draw Entries received during the Promotional Draw Period, unless stated otherwise, will take place by a lotteries approved random number generator digital platform operated by Jumbo Interactive Ltd independent of Endeavour Foundation on the nominated Draw Date. All draws, unless otherwise specified, will take place at Endeavour Foundation, 33 Corporate Drive, Cannon Hill, Queensland. In the event that the draw system becomes inaccessible, for instance due to an extreme flood event, then the draw will be temporarily deferred until the location becomes accessible or another draw system that complies with regulation and policy becomes available.
2. Endeavour Foundation reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Endeavour Foundation’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotional Lottery is final and binding on each person who enters. You will not be notified of any disqualification.
3. The prize winners will be notified by email, phone or registered post and their initials and geographical location will be published on the website www.endeavourlotteries.com.au on draw date.
4. Winners have the right to remain anonymous.
5. Prizes will be awarded within 28 days of draw for a single payment or the first instalment made within that time.
6. Any prizes won that have not been claimed within three months of the Draw Date, Endeavour Foundation will redraw the prize (the redraw being conducted as if it were the first draw of that prize) and at the place time and date of the next Promotional Draw conducted after the expiration of this period, by Endeavour Foundation.
7. All costs expenses, taxes levies and imposts associated with the prizes not specifically referred to as being the responsibility of Endeavour Foundation are the responsibility of the winner. The winner should obtain independent financial advice as to the financial and taxation implications of accepting the Prize. If Endeavour Foundation is unable to provide the winner with the nominated prize, the winner agrees Endeavour Foundation may substitute the nominated prize with another prize of the same value in its absolute discretion and subject to any direction of the relevant authority.
8. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the Winners must provide valid identification to the satisfaction of Endeavour Foundation and may be required to sign a release in a form satisfactory to Endeavour Foundation.
9. Funds will be paid in Australian dollars electronically to a transaction account or savings account with a financial institution located within Australia (or in such other manner as Endeavour Foundation may nominate) held solely in the name of the winner. No offshore funds transfers will be undertaken. The winner will provide all necessary information and reasonable assistance to Endeavour Foundation may request to enable transfer of the Prize. The winner is responsible to ensure account details provided are correct. Where the winner does not hold such an account the winner will promptly open such an account to enable payment to be made. Where payment cannot be made within a reasonable time Endeavour Foundation may in its discretion treat the Prize as being unclaimed.
10. Where prizes are payable by monthly or weekly instalment, payment of each instalment will be made on the last business day of the week or month as the case may be. Endeavour Foundation is not responsible for payment delays.
11. Endeavour Foundation is not responsible for any Promotional Draw Entry not received by it during the Promotional Draw Period regardless of the reason. Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt and entry into the relevant database. No responsibility will be taken for lost entries, late or misdirected entries. Endeavour Foundation is not responsible for technical difficulties with the entry mechanism and does not warrant that the entry mechanism will be available at all times.
12. Endeavour Foundation may in its discretion amend any aspect of these Terms and Conditions subject to the relevant laws and the approval of the relevant authorities.
13. Any product or brand names, logos, images and other trademarks featured or referred to within the Lottery website are the property of their respective trademark owners. Endeavour Foundation does not represent an affiliation with any trademark owner referenced on this website. The trademark owners do not sponsor, approve, or endorse Endeavour Foundation.
14.
