Terms and Conditions 

1. General

1.1   These Terms and Conditions are the 2024 Star Supporter Acquisition May-August Promotional Offer - Terms and Conditions.

1.2   Any tickets purchased are governed by the Terms and Conditions of the Endeavour Foundation Lotteries. The General Terms and Conditions are available at www.endeavourlotteries.com.au/about/terms-and-conditions.

1.3   In the event of any inconsistency between the 2024 Star Supporter Acquisition May-August Promotional Offer Terms and Conditions and any other part of the Terms and Conditions, the following will prevail in descending order of precedence:

a.       2024 Star Supporter Acquisition May-August Promotional Offer Terms and Conditions;

b.       Star Supporter Terms and Conditions;

c.       General Prize Home Lottery Terms and Conditions.

1.4. Endeavour Foundation may in its discretion amend any aspect of these Terms and Conditions subject to the relevant laws and the approval of the relevant authorities.

2. Promotional Details

2.1 2024 Star Supporter Acquisition May-August Promotional Offer (the “Promotion”) is conducted by Endeavour Foundation ABN 80 009 670 704 of PO Box 3555, Tingalpa DC, Queensland 4173 in aid of Endeavour Foundation’s charitable causes to promote the community services provided by Endeavour Foundation. Further information concerning the offer can be obtained from Endeavour Foundation on 1800 63 40 40.

2.2. The promotion will open at 12:01am (AEST) Friday 24 May 2024 and will close at 11:59pm (AEST) Thursday 8 August 2024 (“Promotion Period”) or such earlier date in the event the cap of complimentary credits is depleted as provided under clause 2.4.

2.3. This is a complimentary credit promotion. The first 8,000 New Star Supporter individuals who meet the eligibility criteria listed in clauses 3.1 a during the Promotional Period will receive a $20 complimentary digital wallet credit (“Credit Offer”). The first 2,000 Existing Star Supporter individuals who meet the eligibility criteria listed in clauses 3.1 b during the Promotional Period will receive a $20 complimentary digital wallet credit (“Credit Offer”).

2.4. In the event that all the Credit Offers are depleted, this Promotion will automatically close. We reserve the right to extend the Promotion Period at any time without notice. Please refer to www.endeavourlotteries.com.au for up-to-date details.

2.5. Credit Offer recipients will be determined in accordance with the eligibility criteria in these 2024 Star Supporter Acquisition May-August Promotional Offer Terms and Conditions each Wednesday during the Promotional Period and up to the 14 August 2024 which is the last Wednesday to process the offer.

2.6. Endeavour Foundation is not responsible for any Promotion Entry not received during the Promotional Period regardless of the reason. Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt and entry into the relevant database. No responsibility will be taken for lost entries, late or misdirected entries. Endeavour Foundation is not responsible for technical difficulties with the entry mechanism and does not warrant that the entry mechanism will be available at all times.

3. Eligibility Criteria

3.1. There are two ways to be eligible for the 2024 Star Supporter Acquisition May-August Promotional Offer:

a. New Star Supporters: If you sign up to become a Star Supporter via Endeavour Foundation Lotteries website (www.endeavourlotteries.com.au), by calling 1800 63 4040, completing a mail order form or at the Prize Home during the Promotion Period. 

b.  Existing Star Supporters: If you have a Star Supporter membership and your automatic payment fails two or more times consecutively, then you provide updated payment details to us, and subsequently have a successful automatic ticket purchase.

3.2. Endeavour Foundation reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Endeavour Foundation’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding on each person who enters. You will not be notified of any disqualification.

4. Credit Offer

4.1. Each membership that has met the eligibility criteria in clauses 3.1 will receive one $20 Credit directly into their accounts digital wallet.

4.2 The Credit Offer is strictly limited to one per membership. If you hold or create multiple eligible Star Supporter Memberships, you are eligible to receive a Credit Offer for each membership.

4.3 The Credit Offer cannot be transferred or exchanged, and is not redeemable for cash.

4.4. The Credit Offer can be used for a ticket of your choice or left in your digital wallet and used on your next Star Supporter membership charge on the 15th of the next month.

5. Additional Entry Terms and Conditions

5.1.   Any product or brand names, logos, images and other trademarks featured or referred to within the Lottery website are the property of their respective trademark owners. Endeavour Foundation does not represent an affiliation with any trademark owner referenced on this website. The trademark owners do not sponsor, approve, or endorse Endeavour Foundation.

5.2.   While Endeavour Foundation takes care to ensure all information on its website is correct, it does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information provided and will not be liable for any inaccuracy, omission, variation, or error. Users should make their own enquiries and satisfy themselves as to the accuracy of the information and how it may apply to them.

5.3.   By entering the Promotion, you acknowledge and agree that Endeavour Foundation may use and disclose the information provided by you on the terms and for the purposes (including marketing) set out in Endeavour Foundation’s Privacy Statement available on our website or by calling 1800 63 40 40. You agree that Endeavour Foundation is permitted to contact you even after this Promotion ends. If you wish to access or correct the personal information that Endeavour Foundation holds about you, or if you do not wish the information to be disclosed, you should advise Endeavour Foundation in writing to 33 Corporate Drive, Cannon Hill, QLD 4170.

5.4.   To the extent permitted by law including under the Australian Consumer Law as prescribed in within schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), Endeavour Foundation shall not be liable for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature howsoever occasioned to any person by, through or in connection with this Promotional Offer (including but not limited to direct indirect or consequential loss or damage or personal injury). Endeavour Foundation is not liable to a winner for the financial consequences (including but not limited to any taxation liability or levy that may accrue to the winner, impact upon eligibility for or receipt of any pension, benefit allowance, superannuation, or similar entitlement) to the winner arising from winning a prize.

5.5.   Promotion themes and prizes do not necessarily reflect the views of Endeavour Foundation or its staff members.
